Hanging Of The Greens
We had a grand old time on Saturday, December 1st.
Our Worship Committee led the group for the Hanging of the Greens, which is a fun bit of work and fellowship.

We began Advent with a festive meal.
On December 2, we celebrated together, along side our sister congregation, Nuevo Amanacer. We met after worship, in the fellowship hall, and enjoyed a special church wide luncheon.

Blue Christmas is for those who find it difficult to participate in the joy of the season due to circumstances such as loss of a loved one, or financial struggles, or simply due to depression. We take all of the "commercial hoopla" out of Christmas and come humbly before the Lord to adore the Lord in a spirit of quietness and peace, allowing us to reflect on where we've been, where are are now, and God's presence in the midst of this season.
