For the centuries since Jesus' death and resurrection, people have been talking about Jesus, trying to make sense of his death, trying to prove the resurrection, trying to understand what it all reveals to us about God. There is a lot of noise around Jesus, lots of different people and groups claiming different things about him.

 

Have you ever thought about what Jesus actually said?  

 

Join us at First Church this fall as our life groups spend time looking at the message of Jesus in the Gospels . The Gospels, Mathew, Mark, Luke and John, are the four books of the Bible that recount the life and teachings of Jesus. In some Bibles the words attributed to Jesus are in red.  

Life groups meet once or twice a month at different times in the community. These small groups are a place for connection, sharing, and learning. Participants build relationships with one another, sharing the joys and concerns of their lives, practicing spiritual rituals, and discussing passages from the Bible.
